Joe jumped into the fray ahead of Mike with Bill's 400. The 400's motor was up to the task, but it hammered and knocked liked mad when under load. The engine was in sorry shape, and at this time Bill wanted nothing to do with the 400 (see the 400 page for full details). The F-20 just plays with a set of two-bottoms.
